Lake Champlain Cardiology Associates, LLP accepts most insurance plans. We will bill all insurances, and we are happy to work with those who do not currently have any insurance.

Participation means we accept payment plus any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible your plan requires you to pay. If we do not participate with your insurance, we will still be happy to bill your charges for you, but you will be responsible for any unpaid balance after payment from the insurance company.

We understand the increasing complexity of insurance requirements and claims procedures, and we will assist you in processing your claims. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and referral paperwork, if needed, to every appointment.

Please be aware that co-pays are required at the time of service. We are obligated by law and/or agreement with your insurance company to collect co-pays at the time of service.
